Giving the right impression
The previous website had not been touched for many years and it was giving new visitors the wrong impression of the business.
Duck On Water worked closely with the Scentiments team and photographer to craft a new website that truly reflected the businesses image today.
Clients Situation
Even though JPS Online Ltd operated an ecommerce site, they were not achieving the sales figures they anticipated. This issue was compounded by numerous limitations regarding the configuration of their products.
They went back to their old website format, asking customers to email or call to place orders instead of buying online.
Technical Challenge
As a an established company (they started in 2003!) they offering a wide range of products, as such they were concerned about transitioning to a new e-commerce platform. Manually inputting over a thousand products with various options and variations would be a daunting and costly endeavor. They are entering the sticker and label market. They need a solution that allows customers to create their own custom stickers and labels directly on the website.
The Result
We worked with JPS Online Ltd to create a new website using Shopify and a trusted Shopify theme. To integrate their inventory system with Shopify, we employed the Matrixify app. This enabled us to efficiently upload all products and variations to the new site in bulk. The final phase involved incorporating a tool that permits customers to personalize products. Shoppers can upload their own designs, select shapes, colors, materials, and numerous other options. We added a live preview feature. This allows customers to see the product with their chosen options before they complete their purchase. This feature sets us apart from our clients competitors.
